Pratvim (“Pratvim,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is an AI experience designed around children’s learning, curiosity, age-awareness, and responsible AI use. Pratvim is being developed with safety considerations and age-aware guardrails intended to support more appropriate AI interactions for younger users.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through pratvim.com and, once available, the Pratvim app, how we use and protect that information, and the choices available to you.

Pratvim is currently in pre-launch. This website is where we share information about our product, our approach to responsible AI and safety, our progress, and our waitlist for early access.

Waitlist and contact information you provide

When you join our waitlist, sign up for updates, or use our contact form, we may collect details such as your name, email address, phone number (if you choose to provide it), your role (for example, parent, school, investor, or partner), what you are interested in, and any message you send us.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we automatically receive certain technical information when you visit pratvim.com, such as your browser and device type, general location derived from your IP address, the pages you view, and information about how you arrived at our site.

We use this information to understand how our website is used, maintain its functionality, and help protect the website from misuse or security threats.

We do not currently operate the Pratvim app that children will use. The app remains in development. Children’s Privacy

Pratvim is being designed with children and families in mind. Because the app is still in development, the specific account, consent, parental control, and data-handling mechanisms applicable to children will be finalized before launch and described in an updated version of this Privacy Policy.

Our current approach includes the following principles:

• We intend for a parent or guardian to be involved in setting up and managing a child’s access to Pratvim.
• We intend to collect only information that is reasonably necessary to provide and improve the Pratvim experience.
• We do not intend to use children’s information for targeted advertising or sell children’s personal information.
• Parents and guardians will have mechanisms, subject to applicable law and our final product processes, to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with their child’s use of Pratvim.
• If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a child in a manner that is inconsistent with applicable requirements, we will take appropriate steps based on the circumstances and applicable law.

Pratvim is being developed with recognized children’s privacy principles in mind, including principles associated with laws such as the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) in the United States. References to these principles do not mean that Pratvim is currently certified, approved, or guaranteed to comply with any particular law or regulatory framework.

As the product develops, we will provide additional information about our children’s privacy practices, parental controls, consent mechanisms, data retention, and applicable legal requirements.

How Our Safety Layer Handles Information

When the Pratvim experience is available, user interactions may be processed through Pepiko Guardrails, our safety technology layer.

Pepiko Guardrails is designed to classify risk signals, consider relevant context, route interactions according to configured safety policies, and support validation of AI-generated responses before delivery.

These mechanisms are intended to reduce the likelihood of inappropriate or potentially harmful responses and support more age-aware AI interactions. However, no automated safety system can identify or prevent every potentially harmful interaction or guarantee that every response will be appropriate in every circumstance.

The classification and validation processes are intended to support safety-related product decisions and are not intended to create a behavioral profile of a child.

Additional details about how conversation data is processed, stored, retained, and deleted will be provided before the relevant Pratvim features are made available.

We use a limited set of cookies and similar technologies. These may include:

• Essential cookies, which help the website function and support features such as spam protection on our waitlist forms; and
• Basic analytics cookies, which help us understand overall website traffic and usage.

We do not use cookies to serve targeted advertising.

We retain waitlist, contact, and other information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including maintaining our relationship with you, providing requested services, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing our agreements.

When information is no longer reasonably required for these purposes, we may delete, anonymize, or otherwise dispose of it in accordance with our policies and applicable law.
