These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of pratvim.com and, once available, the Pratvim mobile and web application (together, the “Service”).

By visiting our website, joining our waitlist, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a child, you are agreeing to these Terms as that child’s parent or legal guardian.

About Pratvim

Pratvim is an AI experience designed around children’s learning, curiosity, age-awareness, and responsible AI use. Pratvim is being developed with safety considerations and age-aware guardrails intended to support more appropriate AI interactions for younger users.

Pratvim uses the Pepiko Guardrails safety layer to support risk classification, policy-based routing, and response validation.

Pratvim is currently in pre-launch. At this stage, pratvim.com is available to learn about Pratvim, review our approach, and join our waitlist for early access. The Pratvim application itself is not yet publicly available.

Who Can Use Pratvim

Pratvim is being developed for children to use with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

When the app launches, we intend for a parent or guardian to set up and manage a child’s access. The final account creation, age-verification, parental consent, and access requirements may depend on the product configuration and applicable law and will be described in the applicable version of these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you are joining our waitlist or contacting us as an adult, including as a parent, teacher, school representative, investor, or partner, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into these Terms under the laws applicable to you.

Your Responsibilities as a Parent or Guardian

If you are a parent or guardian, you are responsible for:

• Supervising your child’s use of the Service;
• Providing accurate information when requested;
• Maintaining the security of any account or access credentials associated with your use of the Service; and
• Deciding whether Pratvim is appropriate for your child based on your own judgment and circumstances.

Pratvim’s safety features and guardrails are designed to reduce the likelihood of unsafe or age-inappropriate interactions. However, they are not a substitute for parental supervision, judgment, or other appropriate forms of professional or emergency assistance.

Content, Safety, and Limitations

Pratvim is designed to support curiosity, learning, and age-aware interactions.

Depending on the circumstances, Pratvim may block, redirect, modify, limit, or decline to answer questions or generate content that its safety systems identify as potentially unsafe, inappropriate, or outside configured safety policies. These mechanisms are part of the intended operation of the Service.

However, automated safety systems cannot identify every potential risk or guarantee that every interaction or response will be appropriate, accurate, or suitable for a particular child.

Pratvim is not a substitute for guidance from a parent, teacher, doctor, therapist, lawyer, or other qualified professional. It should not be relied upon for emergencies or for medical, legal, mental health, or other safety-critical decisions.

If an emergency or immediate safety concern exists, contact the appropriate emergency service or qualified professional.

Acceptable Use

When using pratvim.com or the Service, you agree not to:

• Provide knowingly false or misleading information through our waitlist, contact forms, or Service;
• Impersonate another person or organization;
• Attempt to bypass, disable, defeat, or interfere with Pratvim’s safety systems, guardrails, access controls, or other security mechanisms;
• Use the Service to harm, exploit, abuse, or unlawfully collect information about children;
• Use the Service to facilitate unlawful activity;
• Scrape, copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the underlying technology or systems of the Service, except where applicable law expressly permits such activity;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, networks, accounts, or data;
• Introduce malware, malicious code, or other harmful material into the Service; or
• Use the Service in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

Waitlist and Communications

Joining our waitlist or contacting us does not guarantee access to Pratvim, participation in a beta program, a particular launch date, availability of any specific feature, or any particular outcome regarding investment, partnership, employment, or other inquiries.

We may use the contact information you provide to respond to your requests and, where you have opted in or where otherwise permitted by applicable law, send you updates about Pratvim.

You may unsubscribe from marketing or product update communications at any time using the unsubscribe mechanism included in the communication or by contacting us.

Intellectual Property

Pratvim’s name, logo, website, software, designs, and content published through the Service, including our safety approach, illustrations, written content, graphics, and other materials, are owned by Pratvim or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, you may access and view publicly available content on pratvim.com for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may share links to publicly available pages, but you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, sell, license, or commercially reuse our branding or content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

Third-Party Links and Services

Our website or Service may contain links to third-party websites, products, or services, including app stores or other services that may become available when Pratvim launches.

Third-party services are operated independently from Pratvim. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices, or terms.

Your use of third-party services is subject to the applicable third party’s own terms and privacy policies.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pratvim.com and the Service are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

Because Pratvim is currently in development, features, functionality, safety behavior, availability, and other aspects of the Service may change before or after launch.

We do not represent or warrant that:

• The Service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free;
• The information or responses provided by the Service will always be accurate, complete, or appropriate;
• The Service will identify or prevent every potentially harmful, unsafe, or age-inappropriate interaction;
• The safety systems will detect every possible risk; or
• The Service will satisfy every particular educational, developmental, medical, legal, or other individual need.

Pratvim uses AI technology, and AI systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or inappropriate outputs.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pratvim and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or similar damages arising out of or relating to your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, pratvim.com or the Service.

This may include, where permitted by law, loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, or other indirect losses.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Pratvim develops, moves from pre-launch toward general availability, introduces new features, or as applicable legal or regulatory requirements change.

When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of these Terms and, where appropriate or required by law, provide additional notice.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
